Easy to put together. Looks great in front of vanity. Wheels rolls easily across the ceramic tile. A great purchase.
works and looks great! Easy Assembly
This is a sturdy little vanity chair on wheels, which is exactly what my expectations were. It will serve the purpose perfectly - slips easily away under my counter, and feels very well built. I had a friend assemble it as I was too busy, but she seemed to have it done in very little time with no real complications. Recommended.
I just love it. It was easy to put together. It fits perfectly in my dressing area.
I love this little seat in my bathroom with wheels. It is just what I was looking for. The seat is comfortable and the height is perfect. I can roll around if I want to instead of getting up to reach for something.
I am enjoying the vanity chair that I purchased a couple of weeks ago. It looks great in our newly remodeled bathroom with our other brushed nickel fixtures. I love the wheels on it which makes it so easy to push it under the counter when I'm not using it. The seat is easily wiped clean.
Love the chair, howeve putting it together is horrible. Need two people, which I didn't have. Eventually got it put together, but it was difficult
The one I had fell apart so I ordered a new one. This one was so easy to put together and is much more comfortable to sit on plus it has a small back piece to assist you, comfortable.
exactly what we were looking for. easy to assemble. so far-so good
Very nice vanity stool! Instructions were a little misleading..FYI. Attach only three of the legs not four before you attach the bottom circular ring or support; or you will never get it into place!!
Easy to assemble and very sturdy.
i like the chair, but hairspray ruins it very easily
Great chair, looks perfect in my new bathroom. Was out of stock for a couple of months. Glad I waited for it.
Easy to put together, looks nice and strong. At first I was disappointed that the Gold color was out of stock, so I order the Pwd Nickel and this one turn out very nice.
Everything came perfect after waiting a long time for it to ship except the cushion is more cream than white. I have a yellow and white bath so it goes, but if u need a white cushion this is quite off..it says eggshell white but its very very creamy. Couldn't find it anywhere else, so thank you Touch of Class. otherwise went together fine. i had the exact same chair with white cushion I bought 12 years ago that finally broke and the cushion gave out so I am glad i could replace it. I just wish the cushion was white.
I ordered this stool for my new vanity that is being built. It is perfect and looks very elegant in my dressing room. I even put it together myself. It was very simple and quick.
Only complaint is that it is 20" tall, not 19" like reported so makes fitting under our counter kind of snug.
Once assembled, I noticed the holes in the cushion were not placed correctly. As a result, the cushion hung over one side and was flush on the other. I contacted customer service and asked if I could replace just the cushion instead of shipping the entire chair back. They spoke with their supplier, mailed out a replacement and called me to notify me of delivery information. The new cushion is great as was the customer service!
I'm satisfied with the product. The vanity chair looks nice and fits well in my bathroom. However, the color is a little different than I expected; I thought it was white, not off-white. Also, the material is not tight and seems a little loose on the seat, but so far that doesn't appear to be a problem. The wheels move well and the size and height are just right.
Beautiful chair, easy to put together. Love that it has casters. Easy moving around.
This is my second identical vanity chair. I have purchased three altogether - one without a back, and two with backs. The only thing wrong with the other vanity chair with a back is the vinyl has ripped. I will fix it myself, but since my daughter took the first (no back) vanity chair, I have moved the 1st chair with a back to the other bathroom. As you can read, I am very happy with the product. Yes, sometimes you have to tighten the screws, but overall the chairs are great. My first purchase (without a back) was 21 years ago, the second purchase (with a back) was about 11 years ago.
Bought this to match bathroom decor, for comfort and ease of motion. It lives up to that. Was easy to put together and fits under vanity fine.
The only thing I didn't like about this chair is the cost -- thought it expensive for what I got.
The wheels broke only after one day of use My wife didn't break them I did. I only weigh 190
I love the vanity chair. Works perfect for my new vanity in my bathroom.
I love the chair. My previous chair broke and I searched high and low for vanity chair in silver with wheels. I kept coming back to this chair. It was easy to put together, the right height for my bathroom vanity. The price was a lot higher than I have paid in the past, but I am hoping this chair will last as long as my previous chair.
The plastic stem inserts for casters failed on two after one month use. We bought one of these 10 to 15 years ago and the rollers are still good, only the cushion cover went bad. Now I need to find some replacement parts.
I bought this chair based on the reviews. When it arrived, some of the bolts listed were missing. I called you and was told they would send the correct bolts. The ones that arrived were the same as in the original package. The larger bolts were still missing. It took an experienced handiman several hours plus two trips to 2 large hardware stores (Lowe's and Home Depot) to find and purchase bolts that would work with his own set of Allen wrenches. Also, there were no instructions on how to attach the casters so they wouldn't fall out. I would not recommend this item to an inexperienced do-it-yourselfer.
The chair went together well and I like the finish and padded seat. But, the first time I sat in it one of the rollers broke. I am agrivated to have to take it apart and send it back for a refund. The rollers should be made of metal, rather than plastic.
I like the chair very much. but the plastic sleeve for holding on one of the rollers broke when assembling the chair, and I have been unable to resolve the problem. I almost fell off the chair backwards because I have been trying to use the chair with a broken wheel!
This chair is exactly as advertised, in fact it is better. It fits perfectly under my vanity with enough room for my legs to fit comfortably. The small chair back gives a good grip when sitting down and the wheels make it perfect. It's an excellent product!
The stool is the perfect size. The pegs that insert into the frame to hold the wheels are very poor quality. I was sent 4 additional supports and two of those have now been inserted. I am not sure what to do when the remaining inserts break. I am not particularly overweight to cause undue weight. Just not the quality I expected from your company
It was easy to put together, looks beautiful and as depicted in the photo. There were no surprises.
The chair was easy to assemble, comfortable and fits under my vanity perfectly. Delivery was very fast!
I had shopped and looked and shopped until I came across Touch of Class. The description was ture and it fit my bathroom perfectly.
I bought this same chair in a different color from Touch of Class 5 years ago. I bought another because I like the way it is on casters and works very well in my bathroom. I was disappointed that I had to pay 73% more this time. But I really liked the way the chair worked for me. The directions for assembling could have been better , though.
one of the casters cracked while i was inserting into the leg of chair i have to find another one to replace and it is difficult to find just that exact size.
It was very difficult to assemble. I like it because it has casters and I had another but it was fully assembled when purchased
The chair was relatively easy to assemble.
The stool was just fine .. No surprises as the quality appears good..
The chair is comfortable and I like the way it looks. The only problem I see is that the seat covering wrinkles; i.e., it stretches so that it is wrinkled. As a matter of fact, looking at the picture of the vanity chair, I can see that the back part of the seat covering is wrinkled a little. Otherwise, I'm happy with the purchase. I might mention that the chair was supposed to be shipped on May 9th, at my request, but I did receive it a week before, which was fine because we hadn't yet left
It's just as attractive as it is pictured. I was unable to find a bathroom vanity chair anywhere locally and am so glad that I found this one on-line. Bought it as a gift for my daughter who has been looking for one ever since she moved into her new home two years ago. She loves it.
This is very nicely made stool for the price-and matches my new bathroom fixtures in brushed nickel perfectly. It only took a few minutes to assemble.
The casters are very poor made and cracked when we tried to put it together. The seat is very comfortable and thick. All in all I like the chair, but I think the casters need improving. We had to order replacement parts in order to be able to use the chair.
I cannot use the chair because the plastic sleeve that supports the castors broke off inside and the castor fell off. It was put together by a very handy man. I called your company to order new sleeves, and I have not heard from you yet. Please respond!
This seems to be a well-made chair and will be a good addition to our recently remodeled bathroom.
