I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THESE BALLET FIGURINES

I order two ballet figurines, both for gifts. I gave one and when the figurine was opened, there was a scrape on the forehead of the gentleman dancer. We have the second one to be given as a prize. That figurine was worst in the legs, arms, and ballet dress of the female, however the face of the man was all right. My gift recipient decided he would rather have the man's face looking good. So, he took the figurine with the scrapes on the legs and the missing silver pain on the skirt of the female dancer, etd. I was disappointed in these figurines. You have never disappointed me before with your dancing figurines because I have given them as gifts and prizes for a few years now. I don't guess you open the boxes and check them out, but someone should because it does damage your reputation as a fine company. I wanted to order a 3rd one, but I had read the reviews and saw where someone else was disappointed by the quality and the markings on the figurines, so I only ordered two. What a shame to send thes

the face of the man was disfigured, I have sent the item for exchange. This is the second time I recieve damaged items from your company. It is not as advertized!
