Color Warning!

We bought this set thinking the rose quartz was pink; the picture sure looks pink, and the word "rose" implies that it's pink--but the spread is not pink. Think of a piece of jewelry in rose gold--it's that same shade, which is nearly beige and only looks pink if you put it next to. . .well, nothing! So the other decor in our room--mauve, pink, lavender--all clash with it.
That said, it is one of the most gorgeous spreads I've ever seen! It looks like an heirloom handed down from some Edwardian ancestress, and the stitching and detail are beyond beautiful. So if you don't care whether it's pink or not, you really can't miss with this lavish, luxurious spread.

The spread wasn't the same fabric as the swatch and it was a queen size but it was the perfect color and size for a double bed. I am very happy with it and will later order the curtains .
