Christmas Delivery InformationTo ensure delivery of in-stock items by Christmas, order by:
December 8, 2016 for regular delivery or December 15, 2016 for express delivery
Ordering OnlineWe reserve the right to correct pricing and description errors. You can order 24 hours on our web site. Navigate through our web site and select products to add to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart in the upper-right corner of your screen. You may then review the items in your shopping cart, remove or add more items, and then go through the checkout process to purchase the items in your cart. If you are not yet ready to check out, you may save your shopping cart for up to 2 days.

Fax OrdersYou can place fax orders 24 hours a day by faxing your order to 812-683-5921. You will need to complete the order form found in the middle of a printed catalog. Include item codes (Item Codes: Each product has an item code of four characters in bold. Example: A123. Item codes may appear in the bedding charts, near the end of product descriptions, or before the price of the item). Also be sure to include credit card information and day and evening phone numbers. If transmission problems occur, mark the second fax "Duplicate."
Mail OrdersTo place an order by mail, complete the order form in the middle of a printed catalog. Include item codes (see explanation above). Also be sure to include credit card information and day and evening phone numbers. Send to Touch of Class®, 709 West 12th Street, Huntingburg, IN 47542-8915. Sorry, we cannot accept c.o.d. orders or cash.
Fabric SwatchesFREE fabric swatches are available for most bedding, wallpapers, window treatments, seat fabrics, and some textile products. You may request swatches for up to 3 items. Fabric swatches allow you to see actual colors and textures before you place an order. Please call Customer Service at 800-457-7456 or email your request to email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, mailing address, item name, and item number. If more than one color choice is available for an item, please specify which color(s) you are interested in.
Order Status/HistoryIf you want to inquire about an existing order, you may call our Customer Service Department at 800-457-7456, Monday-Friday: 8am-7pm EST; Saturday 9am-5pm EST. Or, you may check your order status on-line if you create an account on our web site.
Returns and ExchangesComplete the back of the packing slip and enclose it with item(s) being returned. Please return item(s) in their original condition within 45 days. Refunds are for the full merchandise value only. We will refund shipping and handling charges if the error was ours. Be sure to insure return package. Returns via Air are held 30 days pending confirmation of payment of air charges by the customer.
Sales Tax, Indiana ResidentsAdd 7% sales/use tax to the SUBTOTAL (this includes merchandise, gift wrap, monogram, and shipping/handling charges) if you are a resident of Indiana OR if your order is shipped to an Indiana address.
Sales Tax, Kentucky ResidentsThe Commonwealth of Kentucky requires Kentucky purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property, that are not taxed by the retailer, and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under Kentucky law. The tax may be reported and paid on the Kentucky individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return with the Kentucky Department of Revenue.

These calculations apply to each shipping address. Allow a few days for all boxes to arrive and check packaging. Additional Shipping Charges-Contiguous 48 StatesSome items are heavier or bulkier than others and require an additional shipping charge. These items are identified with a Shipping Surcharge displayed below the item name on the product detail page. This is in addition to the standard shipping and handling charges listed. Items identified as "Truck Freight" are too heavy or bulky for regular delivery. A freight company will contact you regarding home delivery. Include your phone number on order form. "Truck Freight" items are available only in continental USA.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US TerritoriesShipping charges for deliveries outside the contiguous U.S. will be quoted via email.
Free shipping offers apply only to shipments made to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Balloon, non-machineable, oversized, heavyweight, direct ship, and other select breakable items are excluded from shipment outside the contiguous U.S. Please contact us at 1-800-457-7456 or email email@example.com for more information.
Foreign DeliveryTouch of Class will ship soft fabric goods, including bedding and window treatments, to most foreign addresses.
