So disappointed, bad business practice

I ordered a very large tapestry and rod and was wanting this tassel to compliment them. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the package and found the tassels wadded up, placed in a plastic bag that had another items order number scratched out and the tassels just shoved in. There wasn't any protective covering over the fringe and therefore it was all tangled, bent, and torn. It appeared as though it was probably returned by someone else and they thought they could sucker someone else into taking it. Well, because I got it on sale and only paid $22.00 for it and FedEx wants $7 to return it; I will be throwing it away and ordering something from somewhere else.
