Tray Too Too Too Small!

Tray is pretty. However, I was disappointed...too small for anything really, and not worth the price! My desire was to place the tray on my dresser; thought it would a least hold perfume bottles!

The screws on the bottom stick out. I had to add little felt pieces over the top of the screws to prevent it from scratching my wifes dresser. They should have thought of that before they put it on the market.

received broken twice

The tray is very nice, however, it is poorly packaged and I received it broken. The replacement was even broken as it was packaged exactly as the first even after I wrote a note on the return to the warehouse. Customer service is terrible. I've been waiting for them to call me back for over a week to get a replacement out sooner. It shouldn't take two months or more after I receive a damaged product to get a replacement and I shouldn't have to keep calling them to find out what's going on and get a return label. The item is nice, though, I just wish I could receive one that isn't broken.
