Bought as a gift. Arrived broken - looked like it was broken before shipped - as broken piece was not in box. Not impressed - had to pay again to have it shipped for Christmas and wait for credit on return. Liked the product, but question why obviously broken item was sent. trunk was missing and ear was chipped. Five star product with 1 star shipping

I was very surprised at the quality of the elephant head. i love elephants so much that I have one in every room imy home. Please keep them in your catalogue.for a while as I plan to order more. Please make sure that the trunks are up.
