It is a very beautiful piece and the fountain works perfectly so far. It took about 3 minutes to set up and the sound of the water is lovely as background in the sunroom off my living room. One note, if the water is filled too high, there is no sound...so if the sound of the fountain is not desired, fill it up! And vice-versa.

Hairline cracks

This fountain is very beautiful to look at, the finish is rich and nicely applied. So why only two stars? It's a fountain, and supposed to hold water, yet I doubt that it would have as it arrived. The resin base was cracked in several places. My husband applied a sealant that is used in evaporative coolers in our area to help seal the cracks. At this point, we are waiting for the two coats of sealant to dry before I even attempt putting water in this otherwise very nice fountain. I suppose I could have gone through the hassle of returning it, but I'm hoping our little rapair job will make it functional. I'd read another review that mentioned a crack in the base, so I'm assuming this is a common problem with this fountain.

Awesome Buddha, Zero start customer service, take your chances

The product was great. But it was damaged. So i returned it and was promised that a replacement will be sent.2 weeks and couple of phone calls later, I was told that I have to place a new order.
Looks like the returns dept is disconnected from cust service dept.Probably need better management.

I loved the look of this Budha...I not using this as a fountain though as there is a crack in the base but it still goes great as just a statue...I loved everything about it except that I wish there was a bigger size in this. I still like this one.

I love this fountain. It is so relaxing, and just beautiful to look at. The price was great too for a piece this nice.
