Review Summary (Based on 12 Reviews)
I have been searching for a chest that will hold my twelve place setting. This chest has a very classic look and also it was easy to setup & has a lot of room for my other silver pieces. Unfortunately, the top only had room for 9 knifes. I would recommend this product.
I needed a large silver chest for my sterling. I had seen an antique piece in New Orleans and have been looking ever since. The ones I had seen previously were so cheaply made, and not right for me. This piece is exactly what I was looking for and reasonably priced.
I am very pleased with this Mackay silver chest. It looks better than I expected. I purchased it after my husband retired and we downsized. Our new house is lacking in the storage space we were accustomed to and I needed a place to put the silver. This chest is just what I needed and functions well. My husband had no problem with the assembly.
I'm very pleased with it. It looks great and I like the fact it has 5 drawers--others only have 4--and anti tarnish cloth is in the drawers.
would have given the product a 4 star but service and communication from a rep. and management was poor.
