Good look but not working

I have baught a lot of products from Touch of Class and this is the first product that I have a bad experience with. The product came with the Lotus flower broken off and the solar light seems not to be working. I have to go through the headache of returning this product which is difficult for me with my work hours. A good functioning one would certainly add to any decor.

The statue looks great and was a great price. The solar panel is on the back of the piece though that make it challenging to place it somewhere where one can enjoy the statue but still expose the panel.
