It looks nice but its really not useable. The bottom is so high you can't pull the towels off very easily. The decoration on top (when tightened down) keeps the paper towel roll from turning. If the top is loosened the whole thing is wobbley. I spent a lot of money on something I can't use. I bought it because I liked the saying on it and it matches my theme in the kitchen.

I was disapointed in both the paper towel holder and the napkin holder,tey matc some of the things I have ordered in the past ,but towel holder a lot clumsy to use and napkin holder was way smaller than I thought.I should have sent back but didn't want to go through the hassels. I was looking to replace a tile that fell and broke due to being made cheaply,but no longer available,I was hope something in old stock.Oh well,but for the prices you charge some of the products are a poor quailty,sorry you asked.Thanks

This product lasts only 1 year. by screwing the top on every time you need a new roll the insude of the screw get flat and smooth so you can not screw it in any more . Now it is garbage!!!!!
