I was so excited to get the Mosaic wall sconces. I went back and forth on ordering them because of some of the reviews I read. They talked about how the glass sconce was crooked. I wish I would have trusted their review because I got one of the crooked ones. Everything else was fine. We went ahead and put them up. My husband was able to put a shim in between the glass and the holder to straighten it out some. You can't really tell until you are up close. I wish you would have some quality control on your products. If someone would have looked at that before it was shipped they could have replaced it. I have been ordering from this company and have not been disappointed until now. They do look nice once they are up and you put a battery operated candle in them.
Maybe you should have someone examining product before it goes out the door?

This product was only one hundred and twenty five dallars and now they have went up to two hundred a set. I wanted to order but I just not willing to pay the price hike. I would think the price would decrease not increase. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I've ordered many things from Touch of Class however don't think I would order again because of the increase in prices.

The globe on the sconce is cheap in appearance (made in china). The first set of sconces I received I had to call several times to ask for a replacement on the sconce because the male part of the sconce was stripped and the female part of the globe could not screw into the sconce. Therefore, I needed to have the sconce replaced. I then received another globe in the mail not the sconce that I had requested. Hope I get this taken care of before Christmas. Don't purchase this product--cheap quality.
