I ordered two dispensers for an upcoming family gathering. I debated getting glass containers but decided on these based on price and need. Very solid product. I have not yet used them but do not anticipate a problem. One container was missing a washer. I contacted customer service by email on a Sunday and received a prompt reply! Seems a replacement will be sent. No hassles! Very impressed with service. Will definitely shop with this company again!
