This looks like it was traced, cut, and painted by a first grader. If this were the first item purchased from TOC, it would have been my last. Truly, the detail and craftsmanship is very poor. It looks like the manufacturing process was halted in the middle. Other items purchased from TOC were fantastic.

The overall quality was very poor, for the price I really expected more. It was no better than something from walmart for $20. The paint did not go to the edges, the frame was thin and twisted and the hanging clips were uneven.
