Looking for a different window treatment for a bathroom, you won't be disappointed with this. However, the valance should be a little longer - then I would give it 5 stars.

1 Star Size confusion

I thought I ordered a pair of curtains each 24 in wide and 44 in long for my bedroom window. What I got was 2 pairs of curtains 24 in long and 22 in wide, meant for tiny windows. The website isn't very intuitive in helping to choose the sizes. When I contacted customer support they said no, this is what I ordered and I got the right items. When I went back to the site I saw that I had indeed misread the ordering screen and I should have gone to a tab in the left hand corner to choose the size. However, I didn't appreciate the curt, almost rude tone of the customer support emails. No attempt was made to ascertain how this mis-order could have happened nor was there an apology for the confusion. They told me I could return the curtains, but for $15 the hassle of driving to the post office and paying postage isn't worth it. I won't buy from this store again.
