The four-piece Daybed Bedding Set includes a daybed cover and three standard shams. Daybed cover has scroll and leaf designs, surrounded by a border of dot design. Gathered flounce has horizontal, scalloped stripes. Daybed cover has a 24" drop, split corners, and a cap on back to help hold it in place. Flanged shams mimic the daybed cover face and have flap closure.
Flanged Sham mimics the daybed cover face and has flap closure. Specify Standard/Queen or King.
Pillows mimic the daybed cover face; spot clean. Round has a button tuft and 2" tufted side gusset. Square has a button tuft and a tufted face. Heart has a 2" gusset.
Intrigue Bedding is cotton chenille. Pillows have polyester fill. Imported.
Machine wash cold using the normal cycle. Wash separately due to natural shedding. Use mild soap. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Remove immediately. Spot clean pillows.
Daybed Cover has a 24" drop.

I looked and looked for a fun (not boring) coverlet for a daybed. This one is perfect. It's got a retro look and a soft feel. It fits well and is perfect for a guest room. I added some funky pillows to mix it up a bit.

I love the look, it's perfect especially since finding a daybed cover that really fits is a challenge. What I didn't like was the smell that came off the fabric as I was ironing it. Honestly it smelled like a barnyard. I don't know where the factory is located but I think most people would have sent it back. I sprayed a little lavender water on it as I was ironing and it seemed to do the trick.

It is very difficult to find a daybed set in brick and mortar stores
So I took a chance and ordered online
The spread and shams fit perfectly, but this is not the chenille I remember from my youth
There is too much empty space between the sculpted designs
I'd have liked to see some shorter chenille filling in the gaps
