I was very happy to have received swatches so I could tell the quality, material and overall "feel" of the product. The swatches I first received were not what I had requested, but upon a follow up phone call, I did receive the correct swatches and made my choice. I am, as a matter of fact, just going to measure and shorten them this coming weekend. What I see though is just what I was looking for. I would definately return to your website in the future for more products for my home. And your customer service was excellent as well.
