I love this product because it gently warms the mattress when I turn it on in advance of my arrival to sleep! Dual controls allows my husband to have his own settings for his side of the bed. My feet get an "all around" toasty heating!!

I purchased a king pad about 2 years ago. The pad connector is right where my feet are and it is constantly disconnecting itself! Now the unit has completely stopped working.
