Disappointed in Towel Holder

The Paper Towel holder is attractive, but not very practical. Also, I know that it's handmade and no two are exactly alike.....but the one I received has the leave on the bottom positioned to where I cannot put a full roll of paper towel on it. It has to be about 1/2 used before I can put the roll on the spindle. Anyway.....I was just kind of disappointed.

This item exceeded my expectations. I am really impressed with the quality. It is a great buy. It looks great on my counter. I have received a ton of compliments on this item.
