I am deeply disappointed in Touch of Class as a company. I love your catalog and have ordered many expensive things from you. The last item that I ordered (a toilet seat) was not even close to the color described or shown in the catalog. When I contacted Touch of Class about the return, I was informed that they would send me a return label at no charge thus I re-ordered a different toilet seat to replace. My credit card was later charged with the return postage and handling even though it was through no fault on my own for the return.
