I love the product but was very unhappy with the shipping; I ordered on 4/12/13 and explained that I needed my order before the 20th because I was hostessing a wedding at my house. The lady who took my order said that would be no problem at all. I didn't receive the product until 4/22/13. I was told by someone else who I spoke to on 4/18/13 that the order was held up because the credit card had been used just a week prior to this order. That is ridiculous, all someone had to do was call me and get the security code from me. I'm undecided whether or not I will keep the balloon shades (5); I was pretty upset and disappionted that I didn't get them prior to the 20th of April.
