nice patio panel

I needed a panel for a patio slider door that's used a lot and didn't want anything too expensive. This panel looks just as good as any of the expensive ones that I had looked at.

I was totally satisfied with my purchase and order. They look excellent in the sun room. The color is very rich looking.

Ivory Patio Curtain
from LA wrote on

Like this Patio Curtain. Ivory color matches the background color of my living room curtains (which I also purchased from Touch of Class) A little touch up with iron and I am good to go. Looking good at my house!!!

Disappointed
from OR wrote on

The color and pattern of the fabric is very nice yet it is suppose to be light blocking and thermal which if it has either of those qualities they are minimal at best. The curtain is so thin and was packaged in such a small box that the wrinkles from shipping are almost impossible to remove (even after ironing). I purchased this item for my mother who moved into an apartment which has a south facing patio door, therefore her apartment gets quite hot in the summer. We are now trying to come up with something we can hang behind the curtain to do what we had hoped this curtain would have done. Unfortunately, we didn't buy a double traverse rod so I'm not sure what approach we will take yet.

I am very pleased with my purchase of drapes for my sliding glass patio door. The fabric is very pretty and quite heavy. I'm sure they will make a difference in keeping warm air in and cold air out. Fabric looks like a brocade and ivory color is exactly what I wanted.

I totally love this drape, it goes with my wallpaper and walls and hangs correctly. I recommend it.

drapes

My drapes came in very quickly. That was good! However, the color was not what I thought it should be. I requested a swatch before ordering and it looked like the ivory would work for me but when the actual drapes came in they had more of a yellow tint to them which I did not want in the drapes. I have returned them.

Worked perfectly!

Nice fabric. Love the single patio sized panel. Too heavy for a standard rod...having a support in the center of the rod kind of defeats the purpose of being able to open/close it over the length of a slider door, etc. Wish it came in more colors/designs!

Desired pinch pleat drapes rather than gromet style. Liked the style, color, texture, material, & the fact that they had a backing.

I loved this patio drape, the material is fabulous but it was way too big, too much material for our patio door.

I had shopped around for patio slider door drapes and the prices were so high!~ I took a chance on Touch of Class and I am thrilled! They are actually better made than the custom drapes I had before!

We recommend that you request a swatch before purchasing so that you can see the color, design, and fabric. ivory is yellow, no blackout, onerous return policy
from TN wrote on

I received my order from TOC, and it was terribly wrinkled, even in the pleats. But the worst was that what was shown to be an "ivory beige" online was really a light yellow. At first I thought it must be wrong and would look better hanging; no, still yellow with the light shining through. And shine it did. These are not blackout curtains; that is an extreme misnomer. These will be shipped back.! However, I am really disappointed to read that you advertised free shipipng, and now that you send me an off-color product, ACC BOTH DESCRIPTION AND PICTURE, and one that does not blackout at all, you want me to pay the shipping back to you, AND the "FREE" Shipping to me, plus a handling fee. This is an onerous return policy when you advertised the drapes as something they are not!

good deal
from UT wrote on

anyone who thought this wasn't worth the price is a total cheap skate. Yeah they aren't the most perfect awesome drapes but for the price they are way better than I expected. You will have to iron them when you get them. They are quality and I cant believe some of the reviews whine about them for the price. Have you seen what curtains cost at Walmart!

I am very pleased with the curtains and the new look it gives our patio doors. They allow just enough light in and are insulated too. They look very nice after a little steam pressing. I love the paisley texture. I have needed a new door covering for a while and made a good selection. The price was excellent too!

Disliked product. My wife thought they would be a heavier drape. Drapes have been returned.

POOR QUALITY DRAPES
from GA wrote on

These drapes looked great in the picture, but when I received them the color and quality were not what I was expecting. The drapes are not 96" as stated. They are 94". The color looks light tan in the picture. They are actually a light colored olive green. They hang perfect in the picture on the website. In reality they hang uneven since they are heavy and the plastic backing make them hang worse. When you hang the drapes and the sun shines through them, the plastic backing changes the color of the drapes to an ugly old fashioned wheat color. Makes the living room look like it belongs in the 1950's. Also there are small holes in the panel itself and also along the top border where the pleats are. When they are hanging the weight of the drapes make the holes more noticeable, but only really noticeable when the sun shines through the drapes in the day time. These are definitely being returned.

The insulated backing is defective , quite a few holes in ti and it doesn't cover the whole back and sunlight comes through.

Patio Drape

This product is on its way back to you. When I went to hang the drape there was a stain in the fabric that did not show until the light hit it. Also, I had to repair the drape as some of the stitching had come undone. I am not going to replace this product now.

The pattern in this panel it very nice. I have the blue one and beige one. I ordered the 2nd one after the 1st one was so nice. They do block alot of light. The shipping and price were excellent.

They were nice for the price. They did have a few pin holes but I wasn't expecting perfection.

Liked the patern. but there was two soil marks on the material.

OK- not too bad
from NY wrote on

I had an expensive patio thermal gold drape up for quite a while until my cat made too many pulls in it and the lining hung beneath the hem after I washed it. So this was a replacement at a fraction of the cost, so I shouldn't be surprised that they look a bit cheaper. The red one was too bright and loud, so I sent it back for the sage. As I was putting it up, I was thinking "no,no it's too 'canned pea' colored. But it isn't so bad after it's up. Not real thick, but for the price, if you can tolerate the colors, not too bad.

UNSATIFACTORY
from CA wrote on

VERY UNHAPPY that I will have to take the drapes to the cleaners to have the creases ironed in and get all the wrinkles out. They was not folded correctly when packaged so all the pleats at the top are a mess. Can not put into my livingroom looking this bad.

Ivory Patio Door Curtain
from IL wrote on

I like this curtain. It's heavy enough to do the thermal task. The fabric is pretty, with a bit of a shine. It was quite wrinkled out-of-the-box and hanging for a day didn't do much to change that, so I ran it through the washer/dryer and then ironed out what wrinkles still remained. It came through the wash just fine.

I was very pleased with this product. I wasn't sure about it since I was ordering it. The color is great and it fits perfect. Looks very nice. Would definitely recommend it.

OK
from NY wrote on

I have a gold thermal drape up now across my french doors that do let in a bit of cold during the winter. The gold looked very good, but now it's been a few years and they are looking tattered. So I ordered this new one, the first crimson was too loud. The pear color is ok, I was hoping it was a little more green than the yellow tinge, but it may look good. It is not even up yet. So I can update later.

Happy with Purchase

I love the room darkening aspect and general appearance of this drapery panel. The only issue I see is that the taupe color looks golden when the sun shines through it. I also wish that a wand were available to grasp when opening the long panel.

gabreile patio curtains
from MI wrote on

I found the curtains I wanted. The color I wanted. I spent and hour ironing them before putting them up after I put them up I noticed a small tear in the backing which allowed the light to make it noticeable. Because I spent so much time getting them ready to hang I decided a piece of brown duct tape would cure the problem of the light showing through when they were closed. I would of sent them back and requested new ones but it seemed like too much trouble to do that then have to prepare new ones for the doorwall again. So I just decided to keep these. Perhaps some sort of discount on a future order would be appropriate on your part.
