Beautiful bed skirt which fit perfectly (many times bed skirts are too large in part that is hidden between mattress which causes the unfinished area to show) my only complaint is that there is no split at the corners so if you have side rails you have to cut skirt as I had to do for it to work. At this price Imwould of expected it to have the over lapping corners.

I was a little taken back by the price, but upon receiving item, I am thrilled with this bedskirt, and understand why the price is such. The quality is top of the line, both from the fabrics utilized and quality of construction. I would buy another product produced from this manufacturer in a heart beat!
