Decent product at a decent price. We'll see how it lasts and wears.
looks great in my new remodeled bathroom
I bought it because 1) I bought this before for my wife. 2) Couldn't find anything similar. I feel the product is expensive since you have to assemble it. It can't be that expensive. The weak point are the wheels. Again, for the price, they (the wheels) should be of higher quality. The handling of the order and the shipping were very good.
I like this chair a lot and bought it when we remodeled our bathroom 7 years ago. I looked at all the chairs and looked so I bought this one again. Just a lot different price then when I bought it through Penny's
Good quality but way overpriced
This is an excellent product. This is the second one we purchased. The first one lasted 11 years and was the reason we replaced it with the same model. We got our money's worth last time and expect the same this time. Simple to assemble and no additional tools required. Allen wrench included in the box and that is all you need.
Very happy with the chair. Feel like Alice in Wonderland. Very strong. Easy and simple to put together in minutes.
Shipped quickly, Assembled easily. Looks great -- just like the photos.
Would be good without the back-- it would roll entirely under the vanity. Might make the back optional by changing the attachment design.
It was more than I bargained for. Heavy and lovelier than the picture. Well worth the money.
I like the appearance, the comfort, the mobility, it is the right height for my purpose. I was disappointed in the time it took to receive the chair, over a month.
Easy 2 assemble, nice to look at
Owned and liked this item before. Got a new one but-disappointed the seat is cream colored not white as shown in picture.
Great vanity chair, fit perfectly together and fine detailed. Love the floor casters and work great on my tiled bathroom floor.
The chair was exactly what my wife wanted
Back of the chair didn't fit real well very tight
Easy to assemble. Chair is solid and looks great. Wife is extremely happy. Called for a replacement part when assembling the chair and received it in two days. Fantastic service.
I purchased the identical chair many yrs. ago and when it needed replacement I was delighted .to find it again
It looks just perfect in my bathroom. I have a makeup knee hole in my counter and needed a chair that would roll and twist. It's perfect!
I replaced my vanity chair that I have had for years with the exact product from your company because I had been so satisfied with my original purchase. I was very disappointed that the cushion part of the chair immediately began to sag and thought that perhaps that part of the chair was now being made out of cheaper, inferior material. I planned on contacting the company about that issue when I started having difficultly with the chair feeling unbalanced and not rolling easily. That's when my husband noticed that all four of the plastic casters that attach to the wheels are broken. I'm hoping to be shipped a replacement chair. I loved my first chair and it lasted for years with no problem. This chair is clearly inferior.
The quality is ok. The stool went together easily until the seat. The seat being the last part to afix the hole did not line up correctly. The seam on the seat cushion ended up on the side of the stool were as it should have been on the back of the stool.
Like most things made in China..."Just a little off" and not enough to send back. Was it worth $299.00. Not quite.
Love the chair but had an issue with the product as it was shipped. I ordered two. One arrived in good shape. The second chair arrived quite damaged. It appears we were sent a chair that had been returned by another customer. Parts were missing, the seat cushion was stained and the metal components badly scratched. After placing several calls, we were shipped a new chair with the stipulation that we would return the damaged chair AT OUR EXPENSE. After additional negotiations, Touch of Class agreed to send FEDEX to our home to pick the chair up. We were to leave it on our front porch. FedEx picked it up on 10/1/13, at 1:30pm, but left no notice that they'd done so. I'm still trying to determine if the item actually arrived at Touch of Class, and that I was charged for two, NOT 3, Flare Back Vanity Chairs.
Took too long to assemble this flimsy/over-priced vanity stool.
First, it is not only attractive, but is comfortable to sit. I liked the back and also being able to choose the color of the finish. The wheels are another plus....we have tile floors and it moves easily.
The feet broke after only a couple of weeks. Also, the seat is wrinkling. I had to order new sleeves for the feet. If they break again, I will be returning the stool.
It moved the way I wanted it to. Loved it
The stool looks nice but the wheels barely move and it tips over very easily. I have nearly gone over backwords several times trying to move it while steated. For the price I am very disappointed
Had a vanity stool that needed to be replaced. This chair was the prefect fit. I love it! It looks great
with the bathroom décor.
This seat is very cute. It works great at my bathroom vanity.
Like---good looking. My wife likes that it dis on wheels.
Bought this exact chair 10 years ago at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Cushion began splitting and rollers falling off. It's hard to find one with rollers so specifically looked for and found the exact one from Touch of Class. A couple of screws were missing from hardware but used some from the old chair. If this one holds up another 10 years I'll be happy!
This is a well made vanity chair. Even though it is self assemble (and not difficult) it is quality made.
Had one just like it for 15 yrs., so I hope this one lasts that long!
The plastic sleeve that holds the castor in place is defective. One of the four sleeves broke on initial installation. Another sleeve broke a few days later.
I really like this chair. This is the 3rd chair I have bought, all exactly alike. We have worn them out over the years.
My husband gave me a bathroom chair for Christmas and it just wasn't the same. So, I just ordered this same chair that has worked so well over the years. The chair he gave me was not as sturdy, the seat was too low and the seat was not as big, so it was too difficult to use.
Unsafe chair. Seat too small. Fell out of it when I leaned over. Not using it again. Cute. All I can say in a positive light.
The chair is exactly as described and we are pleased in that regard. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered it by phone but provided an e-mail address and were surprised that we didn't receive an e-mail confirmation.
The instructions could be better. Assembly wasn't difficult, except for the wheels. There is a plastic housing that goes into each leg and the wheels go into them. It takes a mallet or hammer to get them firmly inserted and there is concern about breaking or damaging them. We've had the chair about two weeks now and a few days ago one of the wheels fell off. Turns out that the plastic inserts could have been pounded in further. It seemed like they were in as far as they should go, but when the wheel fell off it was worth taking the chance of pounding them in even further. All seems well now, and we're hoping that it stays that way. Someone else reported breaking the insert during assembly and the vendor was good about replacing the part.
This is my second vanity chair. I had my other chair for years until the cushion started coming apart. I bought this one, to replace the exact same one I had. Love it!!! I could have just replaced the cushion, if I knew where to get a new one. But instead I bought the entire chair.
Exactly as it is shown. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Really like it.
I have only had the stool for several days. So far, I am very happy with the purchase; however, several refinements would improve the overall purchase. A completed picture should have been enclosed with the assembly instructions. The seat cushion has a seam but the holes drilled in the seat bottom do not put the seam in the center back when assembled, luckily the seam is on the side, out of sight. The overall quality of the stool is very good and the chrome was free of marks. The height of the stool is perfect.
My husband bought it for me for Christmas because I put it on my list . It is just the right
height for me to sit on to see in my mirror, the
pillow is soft & it moves easily on it's wheels, & it is brass & matches the faucets & draw pulls in the bathroom.
I wanted a chrome chair for my bath and after my research this seemed to be the best product for the money. I was not disappointed.
I was unhappy with the quality of the seat. The vinyl
is very cheap.
I purchased 2 of these chrome chairs (one for me and one for my aunt) 12 years ago and we both love it! The weld broke on hers because my uncle (250 lbs.) used it one too many times so I just ordered another one for them. It came within 3 days, was easy to assemble and they're thrilled! My chair still looks like it's in perfect condition except one of the plastic sleeves that hold the caster on the leg broke since my husband (235 lbs.) started using it, too. I inquired about purchasing the part and was told I would get a call back within a few days. Instead of getting the return phone call, the part arrived in the mail 5 days later...free of charge! I really appreciate the great customer service!
i love this bench. as well as everything i order from TOUCH OF CLASS. Thank you so much. LOVE,LOVE, LOVE.
Good product, excellent customer service.
Had a problem with a part that was supplied with the chair. Called customer service and they sent me the faulty part in less than a week.
Very staisfied with this chair.
I love this vanity stool but the wheels are made of plastic and I'm not sure how long they will last. For the price I expected better quality wheels.
The Chair is lovely! The back could be a little higher.
The chair is of high quality materials and fits perfectly in the space set for it. It's highth is right for the sink counter. I am pleased with it
Just as pictured. Easily put together, took less then 30 minutes. Good quality.
Our bathroom cabinets are white so it was a no brainer.Fit and finnish were were good, but whats this a wheel no two have come off.The socket is broken.I'll contact Touch of Class and go from there.
It looks beautifull and it is perfect for my bathroom. The only problem is the brass finish. It is not smooth and one corner has a scratch on the back piece.
This is a very nice chair but it takes about an hour to put it together. That is not a plus.
last screw to put in seat bottom is off by 3/8" Won't fit, so you have to leave it out.
Could not find a stool like this anywhere. I wanted one on rollers. This is just what I wanted.
Great quality chair. Very comfortable!
It is wonderful! I should have purchased it a long time ago. It just feels good to sit in the bathroom to take care of personal needs rather than standing and it looks great too!!!!
finally,a chair that will hold up to use.love it.
I had one just like it but needed chrome instead of the brass, since we changed our bathroom. It is just right and I love the back and castor wheels instead of having to push and pull. I was so happy to find it.The previous chair lasted a very long time and still looked great.
quality product that was not complicated to assemble .When comparing with other advertised on the net I feel it was priced competively. The rollers have a little trouble on carpet but this shouldn't discourage a purchase.
For the price this is a good quality item. I am disturbed that it was made in China. Can't you find someone in the USA that could build this item. I looked and could not find any built here.
Chair itself it great, but I chose this one because it is advertised as 26" overall, which would make it fit under my vanity perfectly. The chair is 27 1/4", so now I'm going to have to take the back off the chair to use it.
I was very pleased with the chair. It arrived in very good condition and was packaged well. "Some assembly required" was a bit challenging, but I did follow the directions. I put a little muscle into it and once secured it was very sturdy. I have a little bit of a different requirement for the height of the chair and this was just perfect. The chrome finish matches the hardware on my sink. The over all design is very pleasing. Also, it arrived much earlier than I had expected. Good job
good product! went togethere easily. we are very pleased with the new vanity chair
I am very pleased with the chair. It fits nicely under my bathroom vanity and it looks nice.
I think this vanity chair is wonderful. My new bathroom leans towards Art Deco with the great chrome features and this fits right in.
This chair looks great in my bathroom. Putting it together however took an hour. I'm petite so the seat was too high. We took the casters off and now the height is perfect and safer for me. Cap the legs with rubber tips.
The chair arrived so quickly! It was easy to put together and is perfect for my vanity. It is very comfortable and a great addition to my bathroom.
my wife loves her vanity chair, very comfortable and easy to move. She really likes that you sit a bit higher than stools.
Chair is very attractive and comfortable. It moves with ease without sliding out from under you. Great design and styling!
A contemporary vanity chair is so hard to find. This one is perfect. It works well in my space, is comfortable, and was easy to assemble. It helps to dress up the vanity area. I really like it!
I sent it back. the casters were plastic, not very sturdy and didn't roll very well. I'm only 160 lbs. and it won't roll much at all. Very disappointed. Also, too tall for a vanity chair. I'm very disappointed I had to find out the hard way and pay $14 to ship it back!!
My husband had to call no. on packing slip because the sleeves would not go into wheels. They are supposed to send more. Very difficult to assemble--very attractive, but don't think worth the price
I love this vanity chair! It was easy to put together and looks great in my bathroom. I enjoy sitting in it to put on my make-up every day. it is well made. I like the fact that it rolls as well. I am very pleased with this purchase. It is just what I was looking for!
Bought this same chair several years ago and it was perfect. However, the plastic wheels began to break down and now I have to buy a new chair because the wheels aren't easy to find. This would be perfect if it weren't so pricey (I paid $60 about 6 years ago at Bed, Bath, Beyond) and the wheels weren't plastic. Beware - it will not last long with the plastic wheels. A chair like this should last much longer than it did when used once a day.
I am very pleased with my vanity stool. It is perfect for what I need. Well made, looks good; a little difficult to assemble if you're not as mechanically inclined as my husband.
Great company to deal with. Missing screw and defective wheel immediately replaced. Am very satisfied with service and product. Instructions to assemble chair could be clearer and more specific.
The chair is exactly what I wanted. It was fairly simple to put together, seems sturdy and easy to sit in.
I liked the product, but had to return it because it struck my wife in the middle of her back, where she has had major surgery. It hurt her to sit with this short back. It would have been much better for her if the back had been a little higher.
Comfortable, basically easy to put together. No wheel locks.
nice chair except for the plastic wheels. They don?t roll well.
Great value and perfect style for my space, like master bath. Love the fact that it has wheels. Easy to assemble.
