I am remodeling my bathroom and needing a new vanity bench. For the price I paid, I expected it to be more sturdy than it is. The picture is deceiving. It was easy to put together, but it is less than what I was expecting.

Nice stool, easy to put together. Wish it had rubber tips on the legs but that was easily solved with some add ons.

the bench was stated on your website at 18" high and when I received it, the box stated 17" high. I called and spoke to Donna and she was suppose to send me a return label. When I did not receive it, I called back and spoke with someone who was extremely rude and not helpful. On my third call, I finally got some help but I requested to speak to a manager. A manager did call but a week later and left me a message but no way to contact her. Touch of Class has been a nightmare to work with and I still would like to address some issues.

Good, sturdy bench -- looks like one offered for twice the price at another store, and goes perfectly with the vanity and decor in the guest room. Basic assembly. I would definitely recommend this bench to others.

This vanity bench is made nicely. The chrome is bright and shiny and there was not a scratch on it. It was packaged very well...and arrived exactly when Touch of Class told me it would be. It needs to be put together, but it was pretty easy to do. The only thing negative I could say about it is that it feels a bit small overall and is not really 18" tall...more like 17. Otherwise, it is very nice
