Love the overall look but the base is not designed to sit directly onto carpet as it will tip over. Had to purchase vase stands which worked perfectly to maintain an upright stance.

I bought this because it was the right color and height to place by the fireplace. My dogs can at times tip things over and this would not break like a glass vase.
