1 Star Second try worse than first!

I recently purchased this product for my son. As I ironed the sheers I discovered a half inch hole in one panel and a flaw line in the second panel. I called customer service and they sent me a shipping label immediately via email. I dropped it off at FEDEX that same day. Two weeks later I received the replacement sheers. When I opened the first panel I found the same flaw line as I had found in one of the first panels I returned. This is a minor flaw and truthfully I wouldn't have bothered returning it if I weren't already returning the other panel with a hole in it. Next I looked at the second panel and found one of the selvage edges shredded for about a foot. This is totally inexcusable. There is a note on the packing slip saying to please handpick these panels and check for holes and flaw lines. I guess its alright to send it out with a foot long frayed edge. Although it really bothers me to keep this piece of garbage I am not returning this panel because wants his room finished. Instead, I will turn the

3 Stars Loved the material, hated the flaws

I purchased these sheers for my son because the rhombus (diamond) shaped design matched the design in a pair of black drapes he already owned. I read the reviews and they were very good. Unfortunately as I was ironing the first panel I discovered a half inch hole in the material. When I was ironing the second panel I noticed a line across the entire width of the material and the fabric changed color slightly. It was not an extremely obvious flaw but since I had to return one panel I decided to send them both back. I called the number and was immediately sent (via e-mail) a prepaid Fed Ex mailing label. I only shipped the item a week ago so I have not received a replacement yet.

The product is good for the price. I ordered 4 panels. One of them was longer than others though the size on the package was the same. Shipping from the company takes too long compare to other stores.
