Love Your Very Unique Product Line

I have made a half dozen or more purchases from TOC, for which I have been most delighted and satisfied with almost everything I bought. However, this last purchase fell off from your usual standard by as much as half, I'd say. Well, I basically have but two gripes--one small and one big. Starting with the former--it had a few bent up corners. (I can live with it, as not too noticable when put up on the wall.) What really got me about TOC this time had to do with scheduling and shipping. I never use my Billing address for deliveries, as I'm so busy I am not home most times during the day, weekdays. I told the woman who took my order that I use a separate shipping address, which she not only acknowledged, but took down all of the information I then supplied to her regarding shipping address. Still, I tracked the pkg. and learned it was coming here. I just moved here on the first day of spring, and I won't have people I don't know anything about receiving any pkgs. of mine--I most likely would end up t
