it took 3x to recieve the item not defective. im glad i did not have to pay for the tird time the item was shipped. hopefully i will get a proper refund for the damaged itiems. maybe some kind of compensation for the time and aggravation plus i had to pay twice for a defective thing and wait for a return auth
