This is a very ugly yellow color. It is not the cream color it appears to be online. It feels like hard plastic but it does have a nice design. I am in process of returning item

Not durable

This is a beautiful set. Problem is...the parts break and dispensers become disfunctional. Replaced the pump on the soap dispenser twice and each new one breaks. Tried to run water through and see if it was clogged but still did not work.

Pretty but non functional

Charlmet soap dispenser is very pretty with a durable container but dispenser pump is poor. I had to ask for a second replacement for the soap pump. Soap doesn't clog pump but the spring breaks.

Cheaply made the ivory had a pink over tone and it looked like plastic. It looks a lot better on line.
