it looks great in our new bar room with all the colors.when we opened it there was a liitle bit of the paint missing off of the black wire part and when I called the company they were very helpfull, they said I could package it up and they would send me a u.p.s. label and they would ship me another one or they would take some money off the one I had. very good customer service and you don't see that with companys today
