Fax Orders You can place fax orders 24 hours a day by faxing your order to 812-683-5921. You will need to complete the order form found in the middle of a printed catalog. Include item codes (Item Codes: Each product has an item code of four characters in bold. Example: M24D. Item codes may appear in the bedding charts, near the end of product descriptions, or before the price of the item). Also be sure to include credit card information and day and evening phone numbers. If transmission problems occur, mark the second fax "Duplicate."
Mail Orders To place an order by mail, complete the order form in the middle of a printed catalog. Include item codes (see explanation above). Returns and Exchanges Complete the back of the packing slip and enclose it with item(s) being returned. Please return item(s) in their original condition within 90 days. Refunds are for the full merchandise value only. We will refund shipping and handling charges if the error was ours. Be sure to insure return package. Returns via Air are held 30 days pending confirmation of payment of air charges by the customer.

Additional Shipping Charges-Contiguous 48 States Some items are heavier or bulkier than others and require an additional shipping charge. These items are identified as "Heavyweight" and an additional freight charge is shown in parenthesis following the price. This is in addition to the regular shipping and handling charges listed. Items identified as "Truck Freight" are too heavy or bulky for regular delivery. A freight company will contact you regarding home delivery. Include your phone number on order form. "Truck Freight" items are available only in continental USA.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories Add an additional $15 to the standard shipping/handling charges for the order. Oversized, heavyweight, or direct ship items are excluded; please contact customer service for shipping quotation.

Standard Delivery Orders for in-stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Include daytime phone numbers when ordering. Shipping charges are applied to the first of multiple shipments. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Express Shipping For an extra charge of $15 per package (less than 20 lbs.), your order will ship via FedEx Air. Allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. This service is not available for: oversize, heavyweight, or bulky items; items shipped directly from the manufacturer; or orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Direct Ship Items Items identified as "direct ship" are shipped directly from the manufacturer and cannot be gift wrapped. Items will be shipped only to street addresses (no P.O. Boxes); indicate your cross street. Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipment.
