Quite Disappointed!

I like the look of the lamps that I purchased for a little over $400, as they were in the catalog. However, as I was putting the shades onto the base, it was quite clear that the hole (on BOTH lamps) is well off center and as a result the shade sits crooked on the top of the base. It also was a bit deceptive in the picture that the shade itself seems inside out. The shiny pretty side is inside the shade and the dull side is outside. And lastly, one of the on/off chains is faulty and slips occasionally! For the price of these lamps one would think they would have been better inspected. VERY disappointed and am sadly going to have to send them back! Too much money for imperfection!

Absolutely love this lamp & so glad I purchased it! After lots of searching lamps & prices, I'm so happy that I went with this one, really was wanting to keep the price around $100 but I just kept going back to this one & glad I did!! I get so many compliments on it, very Beautiful!
