I like the colors in this particular line of products, which is why I purchased it, but the online pictures portrayed more vivid colors than they actually are. I also was disappointed that the pump part of the dispenser is plastic and not metal. I expected more quality in the materials used to make this product because of the pricey cost of it. The pump is made of the same plastic material as less costly soap dispensers I've purchased.

I was surprised when I receive the product because of the pale color, it does not look rich metalic like the pictures. But I decided to keep them because I have bought several pieces making it difficult to re-shipped
