Burburgh Elongated Toilet Seat

the color and design fits well into my remodeled bath. One observation is that it is VERY heavy but I don't expect that to be an issue now that it is installed.

He Ain't Heavy, He's My Toilet Seat

This item is beautiful, as far as toilet seats go. I'm not sure how much it weighs but if your dog likes to drink out of the toilet and the lid falls down on its head - he is seriously going to get hurt. And, the seat itself is textured with squares . . . need I say more? But, on the plus side besides the great look, I am using this in a bathroom for guest use only, so for the extra-special luxury of a unique item such as this, it works for me.

Customer Complaint!

Enlongated toilet seat was broken upon arrival. A lady in customer service hung up on me because I kept asking her how to return the merchandise. I finally decided to return it all. I called a second time and got a caring, and friendly person. She apologized for the other customer service person. I am waiting for my refund. I had to drive 70 miles to a Fedex office. This person was so nice.
