I ordered a set of this sconce shelf and got 2 different colors. I mean they were totally off. Called the customer service. They were polite but it took almost 2 months to get it exchanged. The exchange process is exceptionally slow. The new ones were also off but my wife decided to just keep them. The second time the colors weren't completely off.

Beautiful quality! And so well packaged - it arrived completely undamaged. I purchased it for a very special statue - a family heirloom. So I searched the Internet for several days before I found this particular shelf. Its beautiful carvings amidst the shadings of gold are just enough - and not too much - for my statue, which looks absolutely stunning on it. I highly recommend this shelf, especially for one's most treasured pieces.
