The inside of the dispenser exhibits a "PLUG" that is put in during its manufacturing and assembly. That plug is a bad design and will ultimately fail some time in the future after usage. I recommend that a better design be used or you will encounter additional increased returns on this item.

The item is an exceptional value and design. The Quality of the item did have one flaw that you should correct. The inside of the unit had a loose chip that came loose, therefor reducing its thickness and permitting it to leak. The manufacturer should take additional corrective actions in their manufacturing process to INSPECT for such lamination defects.
