Why not finished

The pillow came all puffy like, unfinished. It needed
to be ironed to look anything like the picture in the magazine. I spend a few hours ironing the ruffles to look like the picture. Seemed unfinished. I will love it when I get it ironed to look like the picture.

It Looks so beautiful in the picture, I was shocked when I saw it, is looks defrent and quality is very poor, and the costumer service are BAD, plus you have to pay for the return shipping, in order to get your money back, well I send it back a while ago still waiting for refound.

This pillow is nice though not as "stiff" as shown in the pictures. It is more floppy. Still a nice addition to my living room.
