Shoe Bench

I like the roll down feture of the racks. However the unit is quite heavy and the door is not easy to open with the small knobs they have on the door. I had to install an extra handle on the door and some cushioning felt pads to reduce the slamming noise of the door.

I am very disappointed with this product. I wish I could get my money back. It only holds 8 pair of shoes and NOT 12. The handles are TOO small and very unpractical to open and when you open the door because it’s too heavy the entire storage bench moves. If you are not careful you can get your fingers in the door. I think this product it not safe for a household that have kids.

It comes unassembled. My husband had to put it together and it took 3 hours. The product looks practical in the picture but it is not that practical. When you fill it and try to close it, it snaps and makes a very loud noise. I put some sticky pads to the openings but it didn't help. I only like the fact that it is very nice looking other than it is not that practical.

Very disappointed! Delivered totally unassembled; took my husband over 3 hrs. to assemble. Instructions were not very clear. It was made in China so guess that answers that question. It does not hold 12 prs of shoes; only 8 at best. The top shelf will only hold shoes turned sideways. The handles are too small making it very hard to get a grip for easy opening. It also is heavy to open and the chest always moves. If I had bought this locally, I would have returned it but no way is my husb
