I love this product. It is absolutely great for all the pictures that I want to display and it is small enough to fit into places that can't really fit furniture.

The shelves fit perfectly in a spot in our dining room and has the Tuscan look we disired. The finish is beautiful. It went together easily. The only problem was that is was slightly damaged in transit, but those spots were camouflaged with a little touch up paint.

This book case has a lovely design. It was missing some of the shelf supports. I called and they sent the missing ones to me immediately! I am very pleased with the bookcase and the quick response for the missing parts.

First of all, it was packaged poorly. The shelves were scratched and there were no instructions included. One of the pegs was missing and it was impossible to put together. I tried to repackage everything so I could return it for a refund but that too was impossible so in utter discust I threw everything in the garbage and will think twice before I order anything from you again. Incidentally, the little bookshelf didn't look anything like the picture in your catalog.
