These sculptures definitely look better on line than in person. The chrome description on upper part of Oryx and saddle area implies some type of metal underneath. Wrong, it is plastic, coated with silver paint. The body on the smaller one arrived in ok shape (but not shiny like picture) the larger one had hairline crack under belly and around one ankle area. I was very disappointed in the qulaity, but then they are typical of some things made in China. Pricey for what you get. I would have returned them, but Touch of Classes return policy (which I did not read carefully before ordering) is that they give you free shipping, but you must pay both ways if you return something. Also, it takes a couple of months to get the credit back on your on credit card. Most companies give it once the returned product is received. From other reviews I learned they do not have good, nor co-operative customer reps. So to avoid the return policy I ended up keeping them. They do look ok at a distance.
