This is used in front of my stove and it is beautiful but still slides on the wood floor. A rougher undersurface would ensure that it does not slide. I used rug backers and taped it to the bottom of the mat and it is fine. But for the price, it should have come with a better back grip to the floor.

This is very pretty! I really like it and it looks great! It is not a rug but a rubber matt in case you are expecting a rug. I was a bit surprised by that but shouldn't have been since it is described as a matt. I highly recommend it.
