I have a very large "doorway" opening between my kitchen/dinette and my family room. These brackets very nicely softened the boxy look of the opening. It is quite hard to find large brackets like these at a reasonable price. I wish these were offered in aged brass/bronze but the black is still nice. My one complaint is that only 2 screws were included in the package so I had to find additional screws to use in the holes at the ends of the bracket arms.
