Review Summary (Based on 5 Reviews)
The lamp is beautiful but I was disappointed that the base is darker than it looked in the catalog and I would have liked the shade to be about an inch or two longer. I had to change the location because of this.
Not the color I expected. Too yellow. Loved the shade which went well with my decor, but not the rest.
I ordered a pair of these lamps for my bedroom. They are prettier than I even expected. I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone that wants to a touch of elegance to their bedroom or where ever they put them.
This lamp was somewhat of a disappointment. For the price I expected something better. The lamp itself looks cheap. The shade however is very nice. I did decide to keep the lamp since it did go with my decor. It is in a guest room but I would not put this in a main room of my home.
The lamps go beautifully with my Princess gold/ivory bedspread and my newly painted walls. I am extremely disappointed that the shade "ribs" are so prominent and take away from the golden glow I was looking for. When turned on, the lamps could go in the garbage. What a shame the shades are not a little heavier!
