Beautiful. Went together real easily. Only issue is the feet - they could use little pads underneath (we put them on).

Needed this a.s.a.p. so I was not able to ask for an exchange. The item will function perfectly but it did arrive with dented parts.

I bought this towel rack because it matched the brass items in my bathroom, not because of the price. I think it was over priced! It turned out to be a piece of junk. Very poorly made. I wound up returning the first one because the hole drilled in the base was too large and the pole just fell out. I returned it for another one. Same problem with the second one. Exact same hole was too large and the pole fell out. Just pitiful for $175.00. I then had to return that one too. I finally gave up and demanded my money back. Please do not buy this item, as it's very poorly made.

Extremely disappointed in this very much overpriced and poorly constructed towel rack. Once assembled, the rack was not level due to a manufacturing defect. (China, of course); I returned the item, notified customer service via email, but have been ignored. I highly doubt I will be a repeat customer.
